HARVEST: Mid-February – Hand-harvested.
VINIFICATION: The grapes were pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery, obtaining free-run juice. The must was clarified through cold static settling and then fermented in oak barrels. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged in barrel for nine months, with only 20% of the total volume undergoing malolactic fermentation.
BOTTLING: December 2025.
PRODUCTION: 1.500 bottles.

|| TASTING NOTES:
It shows a bright greenishyellow color with excellent clarity. On the nose, it displays a well-defined floral and mineral profile, accompanied by aromas of white and tropical fruits such as pear and pineapple, with subtle hints of banana. Barrel aging adds complexity, integrating delicate notes of vanilla and toasted bread. On the palate, it is fresh, with marked acidity and good breadth, fruit-driven, harmonious, and persistent.
